Yes, we ship our products all over the world.

We encourage our customers abroad to buddy up with friends when placing international orders, this saves both carbon footprint and money.

• $15.00 flat rate for all orders to New Zealand
• $25.00 flat rate for the rest of the world

• Standard shipping takes 5 - 7 business days.
• Express shipping should take no more than 2 business days to make it to you and is sent via Australia Post.

Please note: It is a requirement that you sign for express post therefore PO Box is not accepted for express orders.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us at hello@byolioli.com and we will happily discuss an exchange or full refund. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
