Shipping policy

Shipping Australia:

All Standard Australian orders are dispatched via Sendle, a 100% Carbon Neutral service. 
Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $60
$10 flat rate for standard shipping on all orders less than $60
$15 flat rate for express shipping on all orders

Shipping Internationally: 

$15.00 flat rate for all orders to New Zealand 
$25.00 flat rate for the rest of the world 

We encourage our customers to buddy up with friends when placing international orders, this saves both carbon footprint and money 

Terms

Please note: By Oli Oli cannot take any responsibility for incorrect shipping information provided to us when placing an order. 
Local import duties and/or taxes vary by country. We have no control over these mandatory charges, therefore they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Standard shipping takes 5 - 7 business days, however once it is in the hands of the couriers it is out of our control. Express shipping should take no more than 2 business days to make it to you and is sent via Australia Post. Please note: It is a requirement that you sign for express post therefore PO Box is not accepted for express orders. 

Returns:

We stand by our products and that is why we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us at hello@byolioli.com and we will happily discuss an exchange or full refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
